This Notice must be read with our Privacy Statement

When you apply to work with us, our clients or employment partners, we may collect your personal identification details, contact details, education, work history, qualifications, salary expectations, interests, and other information in your CV or application.  We may also collect information about a disability if you advise us that you require any accommodations, or information about your nationality or visa status, where relevant. We do not generally request sensitive information about you, unless required by law.  We may view or collect your profile photo from online platforms, or if provided as part of your application. As part of any recruitment process, you may be subject to security or background checks and we may request copies of your government ID to conduct those checks or verify your identity. You can control or limit the information you provide to us.  However, if you do not provide us with sufficient information, that is typically required for employment or work-related applications, we may not be able to progress your application. Your information may be shared with our related companies, affiliates or business partners to process or consider your application or respond to  your requests and may be stored by our IT service providers in locations including Australia, US & APAC, UK, Belgium, Netherlands or Ireland.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
